What is the Family Package / Multi-Device / Multi-Room IPTV?

1. The Family Package, also known as Multi-Device or Multi-Room IPTV, allows users to activate up to three devices (one master device and two sub-devices) under a single 12-month subscription. By purchasing the 12-month subscription, you can activate additional devices at a 60% discount for sub-device codes.
2. To utilize the Family Package, you must install both the iview HD Plus APK and the Sub-Device APK. These APKs are compatible with various devices, including Android TV Boxes, Firesticks, Android phones, tablets, and Samsung phones.
3. You can use one device in the living room and another in a different room simultaneously.

Can I use different IP addresses or ISPs for each TV?

1. If you’re watching on a single device, you can connect to any internet provider globally.
2. However, if you’re using more than one device simultaneously, all devices must be connected to the same IP address or internet service provider (ISP).

How many devices/rooms does the Family Package support?

The Family Package supports up to three devices in total, as part of the Multi-Room / Multi-Device subscription.

How do I activate the second and third devices? How do I use the Sub-Device Code?

1. Install the Sub-Device APK on the second and third devices.
2. Bind the sub-devices to the master device by entering the subscription code initially used on the master device.
3. Input the sub-device code to activate the second and third devices. Once activated, you can access live channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content.

What is the difference between a Master Device and a Sub-Device?

1. Install the iview HD Plus APK on Device A (the master device).
2. Install the Sub-Device APK on Device B (the sub-device).

Why are there two valid dates for the Master Device and Sub-Device?

The validity dates for the master and sub-devices may be the same or different, as each device has its own subscription period. The ability to watch content is determined by the validity of the subscriptions on both devices.

Are there any functional differences between the Master Device and the Sub-Device?

1. Both the master and sub-devices provide access to 99% of the same features, including live channels and VOD.
2. The only difference is that sub-devices do not support the Cloud PVR function, as the system currently does not allow it.
